In the payment cycle of payment gateway terminals, your website is defined in the banking network and your account ID is connected to it.
Transactions from your payment gateway terminals are processed by PSP payment companies and on the central bank switch, and your credit balance for each terminal with the bank and the sum of your unsettled transactions as a total in the user panel and for each gateway in The port dashboard is visible.
The sum of unpaid payments is the sum of transactions that have been done through the payment gateway and have not been deposited into your bank account. In order to deposit and settle payments, you must refer to the settlement menu to register a settlement request. More about how to register a settlement request is mentioned in the application registration section, below are some tips related to the settlement process.
The settlement process is done once a day and the registered requests will be processed until 23:59 for the next day’s settlement cycle.
There is no limit on the amount and number of transactions and the request can be registered for any amount.
Settlement fee is calculated based on each transaction and fee plan at the time of the transaction and the current user level fee will not be related to the calculation of the fee, for example: if 1 transaction at the fee level and 0% at the fee level. And when the application is submitted, the plan is without commission, the calculated fee for the first transaction is 1% and the second transaction is 0% and is deducted from the total deposit. Also, if the transaction is done at a non-commissioned level and has a commission at the time of registering the application, the settlement will be done without a commission.
Deposits to your bank account will be done by the bank settlement cycle and by the Central Bank’s payment cycle, and your request will be recorded at any time from a date. You will be deposited from 13:00 to 17:00, and in cases where there is a problem or disruption in the settlement system or the reliable network, the deposit will be deposited in the next cycle from 3 to 5 in the morning or in the next cycle.
The status of the request can be seen through the settlement menu and its details can be checked by selecting each record.
If you have more than one terminal for the settlement gateway, it will be deposited separately for each terminal and separately.
